The Truman Scholarship awards merit-based scholarships supporting graduate study to “change agents” who plan to pursue public service careers. Students who are US citizens/nationals apply for the Truman Scholarship during fall of junior year, and the internal Penn deadline usually occurs in November (date TBA). First- and Second-Year Penn students are encouraged to attend this session to get an early start on thinking about this wonderful opportunity!
