I work with undergraduate students exploring the power of satellite imagery and GIS to better understand our environment, focusing on land use and land cover change (LULCC). From tracking urban growth and fire recovery to assessing flood risks and the urban heat island effect, we aim to uncover key insights that help us address today’s environmental challenges.
