The Center for Undergraduate Research and Fellowships (CURF) oversees the Benjamin Franklin Scholars (BFS) and University Scholars (UScholars) programs, which offer intrepid students greater breadth (BFS) or depth (UScholars) for their undergraduate education.
Benjamin Franklin Scholars (BFS)
The Benjamin Franklin Scholars (BFS) program cultivates a community of intellectually adventurous students from all four undergraduate schools through innovative seminars, shared first-year housing in Hill College House, and an array of academic and social events throughout the year.
University Scholars
The University Scholars (UScholars) program provides intellectually curious students from all four undergraduate schools with mentored opportunities for innovation, conversation, and collaboration within and across the disciplinary boundaries of their own areas of original, independent, in-depth, long-term research.
