Description:

Projects include:
1. Understanding the role of the epigenetic scaffold protein menin in colon cancer growth.
2. Exploring the role of menin mediating in colonic inflammation.
3. Work with patient-derived colonic organoids

The available projects in the laboratory involve a wide variety of biological techniques and models including work with cell culture, with mice, and with patient-derived organoids.
