Mentor Areas

Our lab focuses on understanding the mechanisms of epigenetic deregulation in cancer. We are particularly interested in understanding how signaling-dependent transcription factors, such as Notch, reorganize cancer epigenome.

Description:

Our lab studies mechanisms of epigenetic deregulation and genome mis-folding in cancer. To this end, we combine cutting-edge chromatin conformation capture, high-content imaging, single-cell epigenomics, and harness the power of data analytics. The lab provides a rich multi-disciplinary training environment in epigenetics, cancer biology, and genomics. Depending on your background and interests, you could participate in various aspects of our studies to elucidate how genome mis-folding contributes to oncogenesis and treatment response in breast cancer and lymphomas.
