Mentor Areas

June and Steve Wolfson Laboratory for Clinical and Biomedical Optics is dedicated to developing new optical technology to probe blood flow and oxygen metabolism in human tissues. Using these devices we hope to continuously improve how we care for critically ill children. I am a neurologist for children, specializing in vascular neurology. My clinical practice informs my lab interests. Students in the lab will be exposed to both basic science and clinical care.
