Mentor Areas

Dr. Lee is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and ocular pathologist. Our lab's primary research program is focused on the biology of wound healing and tumorigenesis. In collaboration with the Departments of Dermatology and Neuroscience, our lab is currently examining interactions between corneal sensory afferents and epithelial cells that can be targeted for future therapies.

Description:

We have multiple projects currently in progress, and can therefore try to accommodate the interests of the students. Work-study students and students currently in their sophomore year and above are preferred. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Basic proficiency preferred but not required.
  • Excel - Basic proficiency required.
  • Image J - Experience preferred but not required.
