Mentor Areas

Our research group seeks to develop statistical and machine learning, bioinformatics, and data mining methods towards the goal of advancing precision medicine and population health, with keen interests in analysis of big biomedical data including -omics data, electronic health records (EHRs) data, and mobile Health (mHealth) data.

Preferred Qualifications

Some knowledge in statistics, machine learning, or data mining methods.

Programming skills in R, matlab, python, C/C++ or another programming language are desirable.
