Aarush Sahni
Hi! My name is Aarush Sahni and I am a sophomore studying Bioengineering, Chemistry, and Engineering Entrepreneurship. When I arrived at Penn, I knew I wanted to do research and was pretty deadset on doing a wet lab project; however, through many transformative experiences in the past year, I have discovered my interests in computational and engineering research. This past summer, I wrote and edited a few reviews on viral inflammation to be published soon. Additionally, I conduct research with 3D bioprinting in the Mckay Lab. Finally, I am working on an AI/ML project in a radiology lab. Research has been an integral part of my academic journey at Penn, and I am happy to help guide anyone looking to enter the research world at Penn.
In addition to research, I co-founded a startup last year and am happy to share my experiences with all the entrepreneurship resources at Penn. Some of the resources I can speak about are Venture Lab, Startup Challenge, I-Corps, WUEC Ambassadors Program, PCI, and Weiss Tech House. Feel free to reach out with any questions about research or entrepreneurship at Penn.
