Hi everyone! I'm Guada, a junior from Paraguay studying Mathematical Economics. As an international student from a small country in South America, I came to Penn with lots of interests, but also many questions, so don't be afraid to reach out if you have doubts because I've definitely been there!

I'm very interested in Economics and exploring different areas in it such as Development, Finance and Mechanism Design. I started as a research assistant in my sophomore Fall and ever since then I got the chance of working for different professors and gaining positions through different paths such as fellowships, emailing, etc. Outside of research I like to get involved in many cultural clubs, read books, and do exercise.
