Hi, my name is Stella, and I’m currently a junior studying Materials Science and Engineering. I work in the Detsi Research Lab, where I research batteries. I’ve worked on various projects such as developing novel redox flow battery chemistries, fabricating Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) for use as solid-state electrolytes, and investigating the growth of dendrites in lithium-metal batteries.

I’ve found that research is a great way to learn new skills, dive deeper into already-established interests, or find new ones. I am eager to offer guidance, share resources, and provide encouragement to aspiring researchers. If you’re interested in batteries and energy research, materials science, or just want to chat, feel free to reach out!
