Angela Schmitt

JWS student Angela Schmitt is many things: BFSer, dual degree student, traveler. She is also the owner of a mobile crêperie. In the summers, Angela operates Crepe Diem, a food truck from which she dishes out her French fare for the people of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Amy Xiang interviewed Angela for 34th St. magazine and the result is an article which shows a glimpse of the passion in the person that has made Crepe Diem such a success. Please support your classmate by heading over to 34th St. and reading what they've written about her.
