Professor Michael Horowitz, instructor for fall 2018's BFS Seminar Emerging Technologies and the Future of the World, has been named the new director of Perry World House! Professor Horowitz is a nationally renowned international relations expert, recipient of the 2017 Karl Deuatsch Award from the International Studies Association, and a prolific writer--having published in various peer reviewed journals, as well as for the New York Times and Politco.
