Coro Fellowship
The Coro Fellows Program develops emerging leaders by providing hands-on experience for recent college graduates working with urban institutions in one of five US cities (Los Angeles, New York, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, or St. Louis). The Coro provides Fellows with the knowledge, skills, and networks to accelerate positive change. The rigorous, nine-month program uses the city as a classroom, and includes placements in business, government, non-profit, labor and campaign sectors, with hands-on experience and opportunities to learn from key influencers and thought leaders shaping urban agendas. At each Coros site, Fellows produce work that supports the organization’s mission. Additionally, Fellows participate in group interviews with prominent city leaders and leadership seminars to learn how to critically examine and collaborate to address complex issues.
