Deeply intertwined with their local ecosystems and led by multiple generations of families, Italian companies represent an interesting playground to investigate the social role of companies and the opportunities of long-term strategies.
The Program is led by Debra Dunn, faculty member at Stanford University and former executive at Hewlett-Packard, with the participation of Daniel Van Der Vliet, Executive Director of the Smith Family Business Initiative at Cornell University, Patagonia Executives like Vincent Stanley and Nora Gallagher and John Bruce, Professor of Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design.
In previous editions, partner companies included Ermenegildo Zegna, Davines and Barilla.
