The Mount Vernon Leadership Fellows Program is a six-week summer institute for rising college juniors. This program offers a leadership curriculum that encourages students to examine their personal strengths, identify areas for growth, and ultimately take action as a leader. Fellows design and present a Capstone Project on an issue about which they are passionate. The program provides housing, transportation, meals, and a $3,000 stipend. To be eligible, sophomores must have at least a 3.40 GPA.
