Join recent Penn Goldwater Scholars and CURF staff to learn about the Goldwater Scholarship, which awards undergraduate scholarships to sophomores and juniors with outstanding research potential and an exceptional academic record (generally 3.85 or higher overall GPA) who intend to earn a PhD or Master's degree in a STEM field and pursue a research career in mathematics, the physical or natural sciences, or engineering. Each scholarship provides up to a maximum of $7,500 annually for up to two years of undergraduate study.

First-, second-, and third-year students planning to pursue a STEM research career are strongly encouraged to attend this session to learn about this opportunity and meet some of Penn's most inspiring undergraduates.

Potential applicants should view the slide deck on the Goldwater and read a pdf of the Goldwater application at Goldwater Scholarship.

Please register in advance for this event using the button on the left, and follow the instructions at Goldwater Scholarship to request access to the Goldwater application.
