Tara Slovinski

I am interested in researching pain management, specifically in post-surgical patients. This past summer, I had the opportunity to work alongside researchers at UConn's School of Nursing in studying post-mastectomy pain management, opioid access, and the role of multimodal pain plans. Outside of the classroom, I am a coxswain for Penn's Heavyweight Crew and an EMT with MERT. When I am home in the summers or on break, I volunteer as an EMT with Newtown Ambulance, in Connecticut.
