We work to understand mechanisms of cell division at a molecular level.
Description:
We welcome senior students with strong interest in biophysical and quantitative approaches, and who are committed to fundamental research with biomedical significance. Training will be provided during initial volunteer-based project, preferably during summer semester (one-two months with at least two full days per week participation). Grant-funded, work study or independent study position will be offered during the following Fall and Spring semesters.
Preferred Qualifications
Courses in Cell and Molecular Biology and Physics. Wet lab experience is strongly preferred.
