Mentor Areas
Big data integration on Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia, with the ultimate goal of finding therapeutic targets.
Description:
By integrating with different kinds of functional genomics data, we are interested in developing new methods to pinpoint what the causal gene is for some putative genetics signals in Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias. We are also collecting genetics findings from literature on these diseases.
Students joining this project will work with us on data curation (literature, functional genomics) and data visualization.
