Mentor Areas

Artist and Animator; Teaches animation, studio art, and co-directs the Penn Animation as Research Lab. The Penn Animation as Research Lab collaborates with experts in the sciences and humanities to produce animated artworks that communicate emerging research related to climate and the environment. The lab provides a unique opportunity for students interested in science and art to engage impactfully with complex topics in order to advance public understanding.

Description:

Assistance in the development of animated artworks, animations for PARlab (see link below), and research related to new techniques and tools for stop-motion animation.

I make animated artworks, develop techniques for my courses and work, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary group called PARlab.

Preferred Qualifications

I give preference to those who have completed courses in Fine Arts and Design.
