As an interdisciplinary behavioral scientist, with formal training in medical anthropology, epidemiology, social work, and cancer prevention, Dr. Rendle utilizes a range of methods from ethnography to multilevel modeling to describe how individual, cultural, social, and system factors effect the delivery of cancer care across the continuum and identify effective strategies for improving quality and outcomes. Areas of expertise include mixed-methods research, pragmatic trials, implementation science, cancer epidemiology, and healthcare delivery research.
