Mentor Areas

Research focused on improving access and outcomes to transplant for children and young adults. Current studies include: 1) cohort study to identify urine biomarkers that improve diagnosis of transplant rejection 2) text messaging intervention to improve medication adherence and 3) studies addressing disparities in various aspects of living donation and kidney transplant referral.

Description:

Studies range from retrospective, single center chart reviews to prospective clinical trials.
