Much of my work involves developing and applying machine learning methods for discovering patterns in complex epidemiological surveillance, geospatial, temporal, social, behavioral, and electronic health record data.
Description:
Project 1: Develop and evaluate social network and agent-based models of health behavior and health information contagion
Project 2: Geospatial analysis of healthcare disparities and exploration of candidate interventions to reduce them
Project 3: Development, visualization, and analysis of scientific collaboration networks
