Mentor Areas

Our research focuses on Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome (BWS), an epigenetic cancer predisposition disorder. Dr. Kalish sees patients with BWS in clinic and runs the BWS international registry. Work in her laboratory includes studying the mechanism of tumor formation in these patients and translational research to improve clinical care for children and adults with BWS.
