Mentor Areas
Taking a combination of computational, biochemical, genetic, and genomic approaches, using mouse or human brain as a model, we focused our research on determining the transcriptome and epigenetic changes under physiological and pathological conditions.
Description:
1) Determine the neuronal activity induced epigenetic changes in adult mouse hippocampus.
2) Using single cell sequencing approach to identify the molecular signatures during hippocampal development and aging.
