Mentor Areas

Reproductive psychiatry, data science, neuroimaging, women's brain health

Description:

The Translational Reproductive Neuropsychiatry and Data Science (TReNDS) Lab aims to improve clinical care in reproductive psychiatry by personalizing sex-specific, early interventions. Towards this end, we leverage multi-modal neuroimaging and clinical data science to 1) delineate how the brain changes during reproductive timepoints including puberty, pregnancy, and menopause, 2) identify biological markers of risk and resilience to psychopathology during reproductive time points, and 3) understand mechanisms underly sex differences in psychiatric disorders.

We are seeking undergraduate RAs to help with studies involving charting brain changes across pregnancy and biomarkers of perinatal depression.
