Mentor Areas

Our lab is interested on the question as to why premature baby boys are more pre-disposed to lung diseases compared to premature baby girls? Is it the innate nature of the cells or is it some external factor?

Description:

Our lab uses techniques typical to molecular biology, genetics, cell biology and computational biology. We use transgenic mice and recently started to use advanced imaging and flow cytometry techniques. We would like enthusiastic and curious undergraduate students to join our lab!
