Clinical research in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine 

Description:

The student will receive support and direction in screening potential participants according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, elucidating study details for recruitment, obtaining informed consent, overseeing the completion of pain questionnaires during clinic visits, and performing the data collection from both questionnaires and electronic medical records (EMR). 

Preferred Qualifications

Basic patient interview skills 

Obtaining informed consent

Knowledge of HIPAA and maintaining patient confidentiality

Ability to work in Microsoft Excel / Power point
