Mentor Areas
I would love to be able to spark and kindle an interest in hematopathology in curious undergrads.
Description:
I would be delighted to accommodate students who are interested in spending time with my team and I to see what goes into diagnosing hematologic disorders (leukemias, lymphomas, myelodysplastic syndromes, myeloma, anemia, etc) using multiparametric (from old school but still vital to cutting edge complex genomic) approaches. Although not strictly a research opportunity, research ideas frequently arise when we discuss these fascinating disorders.
