Mentor Areas

My research area covers aspects of positron emission tomography (PET) imaging ranging from instrument modeling and development thorough image generation to image analysis.

Description:

Research projects cover aspects of hardware development (electronics, radiation detectors, mechanical design), Monte Carlo simulation for new system designs, optimization of imaging protocols, data corrections for generating quantitative images, and task-based image analysis.

Project will vary depending upon student expertise and interest in a specific area.
