Description:

We are interested in using the medical record and sleep study data to identify features that either predict the presence of certain sleep-related breathing disorders or a patient's response to treatment. This is a new project that will require patient record review, small database management, basic statistics, and obtaining measurements from imaging or sleep study records. Students will need to complete CITI training for working with confidential patient data.

Students will work with Jorge Mora (jorge.mora@pennmedicine.upenn.edu) and Ron Anafi (ron.anafi@pennmedicine.upenn.edu), both from Sleep Medicine.
