Dr. Swanson is a physiatrist physician-scientist in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation sub-specializing in brain injury medicine.

Description:

Dr. Swanson is actively investigating the role of modifiable cardiovascular risk factors in long-term outcomes following acquired brain injury exposure(s).  His research spans pre-clinical and clinical studies.
