Information Sessions include:
- Getting Started in Research- a broad overview of what research involves, how to contact potential faculty mentors, and information about CURF resources and programs that can help
- “How to” for specific fields - a discussion about what research “looks like” in various disciplines and settings
- Getting to know faculty- hear from faculty about how to develop good relationships through the various avenues of engagement that are available to students
- Research Skills Series- sessions ranging from “Public speaking and Presentation Skills” to “How to Write a Grant Proposal” or “Networking, Cover Letters and Resumes”
