Davis Projects for Peace

The Kathryn Wasserman Davis 100 Projects for Peace program invites undergraduates (including graduating seniors) to design grassroots projects that they will implement during the summer, anywhere in the world. The projects judged to be the most promising and valuable will be funded at $10,000 each.

Beinecke Scholarship

Deadline: 03/03/2026 (Tentative)

Provides $35,000 toward graduate study to juniors eligible for need-based financial aid who are planning to pursue a research-focused master’s or doctoral degree in social sciences, humanities, or the arts, with a strong preference for Pell Grant recipients (Penn nomination required)

Goldwater Scholarship

Deadline: 11/26/2025 (Tentative)

Up to $7,500 toward educational expenses for sophomores and juniors engaged in research and planning to pursue a STEM PhD or master's degree (Penn nomination required)

James C. Gaither Junior Fellows Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

Deadline: 12/02/2025 (Tentative)

The James C. Gaither Junior Fellows Program offers up to 15 one-year internships at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Gaither Junior Fellows assist with research and editing for Carnegie senior scholars in areas including nuclear nonproliferation, foreign policy, democracy and governance, technology policy, economics, and regional studies.
